Return/Exchange/Credit Policies

  1. Returns for Full Original Payment Refund: Returns on ready-to-wear items can be made within 10 days after receipt of your item purchased. Items must be in the original purchased condition, unworn and undamaged with original tags and labels attached to the merchandise. Custom and bespoke made items are nonreturnable and cannot be exchanged for merchandise or store credit.
  2. Returns for Exchanges or Full Store Credit: Returns on ready-to-wear items can be exchanged within 10 days after receipt of item purchased. Items must be in the original purchased condition, unworn and undamaged with original tags and labels attached to the merchandise. The exchange item must be sent back first before the new replacement item or store credit is given. Store credit will be issued in the form of a D'mur gift card, if the customer chooses.
  3. Damaged or Missing Upon Receipt by Shipping Carrier: The Daytron D'mur Collection will not take any responsibility for any purchases damaged by shipping carriers such as FedEx or USPS. It is only the carrier's responsibility for any damaged upon delivery or missing upon delivery merchandise. Refunds, exchanges, or store credits can therefore not be permitted.
