Cloths from our Ascot range are ideal for the country or city and have a traditional, timeless appeal that makes them an essential component of every wardrobe.

What You Should Know Before Ordering:

• You are only choosing your garment selection type and/or choice of fabric here. Your method of payment will be charged and may be completely refunded within 24 hours should you decide not to continue with your order. 
• After you place your order here on our website you will receive an email with your instructions for making your measurement appointment which will include discussing your customization options. It is a process that may take up to 2 hours to complete, so you are advised to accommodate your schedule carefully. Measurements can be done safely in person at your home or office following all Covid19 guidelines or virtually through our Microsoft Teams platform, Zoom platform, or Skype platform. You are permitted to make a change in the garment selection, and you will either be refunded or charged the difference depending on your selection choice. 
• Once your appointment is completed your order will be processed the following business day. Once an order is processed it cannot be refunded. 
• For any questions or concerns, you may have, please contact us anytime and we will address your inquiries within our business hours of service, Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. (PST). 

What About Sizes & Details? 

Once you checkout you must schedule a V.O.A. (Virtual Online Appointment) within 24 hours after payment is made. During your appointment, we will discuss how we will acquire your sizes. We shall also discuss how you prefer your garment to fit by showing you detailed illustrations of our various garment options, along with showing you are complete styling guide that covers everything from thread colors choices to the lining types. (Just a friendly reminder, V.O.A.s can take up to 2 hours to complete. Please be sure to make room in your schedule.) 

How Long Does It Take? 

Turnaround time is between 5-6 weeks from production to delivery. If you need your garment expedited, we do offer a rush service. However, rush services may be subject to an additional charge. We can ship to any address of your choice within or outside the United States. Shipping is always free for custom garments and P.O. boxes are not accepted.
