What You Should Know Before Ordering:

• You are only choosing your style of garment selection type and choice of fit selection here. Your method of payment will be charged and may be completely refunded within 24 hours should you decide not to continue with your order. You can set an in-person or virtual appointment without making a payment by calling, texting, or emailing to request a booking date and time. 
• After you place your order here on our website you will receive an email with your instructions for making your measurement appointment which will include discussing your customization options. It is a process that may take up to 2 hours to complete, so you are advised to accommodate your schedule carefully. Measurements can be done in person at your home or office or virtually through our Microsoft Teams platform, Zoom platform, or Skype platform. In-person appointments are for greater Bay Area California residents only. As a courtesy, please cancel any booked appointment within 24 hours before scheduled appointments. 
• Once your appointment is completed your order will be processed the following business day. Once an order is finalized and processed it cannot be refunded.
• All minor necessary alterations are free with the purchase of your order. 
• Orders must be paid in-full before any construction begins. No deposits of any kind will be accepted. Custom orders of any kind cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Which Fit Is For Me?

Modern Fit (Trim fit)

The Modern Fit is best suited to a person who wants their clothes to fit closer to their body, particularly in the chest and armhole area. Typically, this is a person with an overall lean physique.  

Classic (Regular) Fit,

The Classic Fit is typically suited to men who look for a clean fit that.
is comfortable. They generally prefer a balance between comfort and fashion and are less interested in
having their clothes fit close to the body.

Relaxed Fit (Easy fit)

This fit type is best suited to a man who either prefers a somewhat oversized look, or simply prefers comfort over fashion and does not want to feel the clothes close to the body. In today’s marketplace this is the least common set of preferences.

What About Sizes & Details? 

Once you checkout you must schedule a V.O.A. (Virtual Online Appointment) within 24 hours after payment is made. During your appointment, we will discuss how we will acquire your sizes. We shall also discuss how you prefer your garment to fit by showing you detailed illustrations of our various garment options, along with showing you are complete styling guide that covers everything from thread colors choices to the lining types. (Just a friendly reminder, V.O.A.s can take up to 2 hours to complete. Please be sure to make room in your schedule.) 

How Long Does It Take? 

Turnaround time is between 5-6 weeks from production to delivery. If you need your garment expedited, we do offer a rush service. However, rush services may be subject to an additional charge. We can ship to any address of your choice within or outside the United States. Shipping is always free for custom garments and P.O. boxes are not accepted.
