- How long does a custom suit/garment take? Custom made-to-measure garments by The Daytron D'mur Collection takes 4-5 weeks from once the order is placed to once the order is delivered.
- How long does a custom made-to-order footwear or leather goods product take? Custom footwear and leather goods designed and created by The Daytron D'mur Collection takes 6-7 weeks from once the order is placed to once the order is delivered.
- Are appointments in-person or online? Which is best for me? You can choose to have either an in-person appointment or online meeting appointment. If you live within the California bay area, we suggest choosing an in-person appointment, where we come to your location at no cost to you. If you live outside the California bay area, we suggest choosing the online meeting option. Be mindful however that online meetings will require you to have your measurements taken by a tailor in your area with the measurements we require. It will be your responsibility to provide us with the measurements we require accurately to assure the best fit.
- Can I return a custom-made/tailored item? Returns are eligible for any custom-made/tailored item made by The Daytron D'mur Collection in the same condition delivered in, unworn, and with all tags and labels originally attached to the item within 10 days after receipt. Exchanges can be made with the same requirements and conditions but are subject to additional charges. Items that have been worn or altered by outside tailoring services not affiliated with The Daytron D'mur Collection or D'mur Fashion Brands LLC, will not be accepted for exchange or return.
