What You Should Know Before Ordering:
- You are only choosing your garment selection type and choice of tailoring preference here. Your method of payment will be charged and may be completely refunded within 24 hours should you decide not to continue with your order.
- After you place your order here on our website you will receive an email with your instructions for making your measurement appointment which will include discussing your customization options. It is a process that may take up to 2 hours to complete, so you are advised to accommodate your schedule carefully. Measurements can be done safely in person at your home or office following all Covid19 guidelines or virtually through our Microsoft Teams platform, Zoom platform, or Skype platform. You are permitted to make a change in the garment selection and you will either be refunded or charged the difference depending on your selection choice.
- Once your appointment is completed your order will be processed the following business day. Once an order is processed it cannot be refunded. Should you choose the Windsor tailoring grade the turnaround time is 4-5 weeks. Should you choose the Mayfair tailoring grade the turnaround time is 5-6 weeks.

What's The Difference In Tailoring Grades?:
- The Windsor Tailoring Grade: 70% Machine-tailored and 30% Hand-tailored with a half canvass construction. It's true made-to-measure at it's best!
- The Mayfair Tailoring Grade: 80% Hand-tailored and 20% Machine-tailored with a full canvass construction. It's the closest to full bespoke tailoring that can be offered.
